Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!
Midori Asakusa, a first-year high school student with an unabashed love for anime, champions the idea that 'concept is everything' in animation. She fills her sketchbook with a flood of ideas and settings, yet has not taken the first step toward making anime, insisting she can't do it alone. When her money-loving best friend Sayaka Kanamori recognizes her talent and drive, and their classmate—charismatic fashion model Tsubame Mizusaki—confirms a desire to become an animator, the trio launches an animation club. Together, they strive to realize the 'ultimate world' that exists in their minds, discovering the power of fiction and imagination to transform their lives and the world around them.

Positive, from time to time funny, interesting theme (explains/shows a bit how anime are created, constraints, etc...), very precise graphics, sometimes for me very fast sequences (had often to go back a few seconds to be able to read the subtitles and/or watch better a few seconds of some nice animated scenes). Unluckily I didn't like the final anime that they created, hehe... . I didn't regret watching it, I might watch it again in the future.
