Kharms
He regards himself as a genius, yet publishers refuse to print his works. He loves women, but they do not always understand him. Perpetually penniless and out of touch with reality, the elegant fop Daniil Yuvachov names himself Kharms — a name as striking as his appearance. A regular at endless literary salons and a lover of scandal, he lives in society while remaining completely apart from it. Kharms hurls down a gauntlet to his time, audaciously plunging into the vortex of reality, as vague and arbitrary as his spirit, embodying the same contradictions.
