At a preview theatre, a young filmmaker waits in hope of securing certification for his new sci-fi drama with 'no cuts' from the conservative men of the Indian Censor Board. The board deems a kissing scene to exceed the duration permitted by official, orthodox rules. As the filmmaker and board members spar, they enter the cinema to review the film, and the laws of physics begin to crumble, hurling these officials into a chaotic, otherworldly realm.
