Knight Rider
Undercover police officer Michael Long is shot and left for dead while pursuing a case. He is saved by Wilton Knight, a wealthy, dying inventor and magnate who arranges life-saving surgery, granting him a new face and a new identity—the one known as Michael Knight. Knight is then provided with a state-of-the-art, computerized, indestructible car named Knight Industries Two Thousand, or KITT, and a mission to pursue criminals beyond the reach of the law. The series chronicles Michael and KITT as they combat the forces of evil on behalf of the Foundation for Law and Government.

Yeah, an action-adventure TV show with a car that actually looks like a real car. No way that can be made today...except, you know, Supernatural. Supernatural has a car that looks like a car doesn't it. Well, anyway.... I grew up in the 80s, so this was one of the coolest things I had ever seen...along with the A-Team, GI Joe, MTV, Riptide, and a large number of other shows that just blew kids out of the water back then... ...and kids were the real audiance weren't they? I mean, honestly KITT is a talking car. Kids are going to LOVE that. I loved that. I loved watching KITT drive into the back of a Semi-Truck on the open highway. I loved everything about this as a kid.
