Kurozuka

Set in feudal Japan, Kurou and his loyal servant Benkei flee from Kurou's newly ascended elder brother. In a forest they stumble upon a secluded house where a mysterious woman named Kuromitsu offers shelter on one condition: do not peer into the inner chambers. Soon the Red Army intrudes, hunting Kuromitsu whose blood grants immortality. Mortally wounded, Kurou drinks a share of Kuromitsu's blood and gains immortality along with uncanny powers. Yet moments later, he appears to be decapitated, only to awaken centuries later in a ruined city. In this twisted future the Red Army remains omnipresent and continues to seek Kuromitsu's blood, while a rebel army strives to prevent its capture. Surrounded by peril and driven by his obsession, Kurou sets out to find Kuromitsu and exact revenge on the Red Army.
