Laggies
Overeducated yet underemployed, 28-year-old Megan is mired in a quarterlife crisis. Fully into adulthood with no clear career path, little motivation to envision a future, and no one with whom she can really relate, Megan is content to lag a few steps behind as friends tick off milestones and toast their advancing grown-up status. When her high-school sweetheart proposes, Megan panics, and an unforeseen chance to escape for a week leads her to hole up in the home of her new friend, 16-year-old Annika, and Annika's world-weary single dad, Craig.
