Last Man Down
After civilization collapses under a deadly pandemic and his wife is murdered, a special forces soldier abandons his duties and retreats to a hermit in the Nordic wilderness. Years later, a wounded woman appears on his doorstep. She has escaped from a lab, and her blood is believed by her pursuers to hold the key to a worldwide cure. He is reluctant to become involved, but his doubts evaporate when he realizes her pursuer is Commander Stone, the man who killed his wife years before.

It is possible to take bodybuilders, clichéd plot items, and still make a decent action movie. Hasn't happened here. A late Rambo-clone without Rambo. The acting is sub-par as expected, but the dialogue and dramaturgy are even worse than one might fear. Don't waste your time on this.
