Laura's Star

Laura witnesses a shooting star plunge to Earth and spots it in a park, lying on the ground with a broken point. The star is a living being, and Laura brings it home to reattach its point with a band-aid. The little star wields extraordinary powers: it can make people fly and can bring inanimate objects to life. But the longer she stays on Earth, the weaker she becomes, her colors fade away and her powers begin to fail. Laura must find a way to send the little star back into outer space.
