College student Yuichi Tanuma is primed for Nationals as his university, Kyonan, faces off against its rival, Seihoku. He aims to secure football glory, but his father hopes he will inherit the family sukiyaki restaurant, creating a clash between duty and dreams. Set in Kyoto, Hong Kong, and Macau, the story tracks Yuichi as he falls in love and pursues his ambitions.
