A quiet Arizona desert town is shaken by bizarre back-to-back murders. Police Chief Jordan Sanders leads a probe into a case where the two dead women share no connection, except that both are named Maggie Moore. As he peels back a web of small-town lies and mysteries, the investigation grows more complicated. The case takes a personal turn when Sanders begins a romantic relationship with Rita, the neighbor of one of the murdered women.
