Magical Idol Pastel Yumi

Yumi Hanazono has a deep affection for flowers. While she struggles academically, she thrives as an illustrator and dreams of becoming a manga artist. Growing up in a family that runs a flower shop, she has developed a profound appreciation for blooms. Though a gifted artist, Yumi doesn't always exercise sound judgment in choosing her subjects. On Flower Festival day, she amuses the other children by sketching portraits of the Lady Fukurokouji on the walls of her mansion. An enraged Fukurokouji orders her to scrub the entire wall, but as she cleans, she witnesses Fukurokouji poised to crush a dandelion. She saves it and replants it in a tulip field. To her astonishment, the dandelion speaks. The voices belong to Kakimaru and Keshimaru, two flower elves who have crossed into the Human World to grant Yumi special powers as a reward for her kindness.
