Major Grom: Against the Rules

Having captured the Plague Doctor, Igor Grom becomes a beacon of peace for all of St. Petersburg. His life is seemingly perfect: by day he catches criminals with his partner Dima Dubin, and by night he spends time with his girlfriend Yulia Pchelkina. However, everything changes abruptly when arms magnate August van der Holt arrives in town to sign a contract to modernize the police force. To do so, he enlists the services of a mercenary nicknamed Ghost, who is tasked with eliminating Grom and sowing panic among the peaceful population.
