Mind Your Language

Mind Your Language is a British ITV comedy series created and written by Vince Powell, and directed by Stuart Allen. Produced by London Weekend Television, it ran for three series from 1977 to 1979, and it was briefly revived in 1985 (or 1986 in most ITV regions) with six of the original cast members. The premise centers on Jeremy Brown, a language teacher who earns his living by teaching English to immigrants. His classes include pupils from India, France, China, and many other countries, and the lessons frequently do not go as planned.
