Mother
Ten years have passed since Elena's six-year-old son disappeared. The last thing she heard from him was a phone call, in which he said he was lost on a beach in France and couldn't find his father. Today, Elena remains on that same beach and runs a restaurant by the shore. She is just beginning to emerge from that tragedy when a French teenager crosses her path, bearing a haunting resemblance to her missing son. The two of them will embark on a relationship that sows chaos and distrust around them.
