Mr. Muggs Rides Again

After being framed by gamblers, Muggs is barred from racing in horse competitions. Unable to compete, he raises a fund to prevent Ma Brown's stable from being foreclosed. But one of the gamblers involved in the frame falls for Ma Brown's daughter and resolves to confess to the police about the setup. The remaining gamblers learn of this and make it their mission to silence him, aiming to discredit Muggs and Ma Brown once and for all.
