Nezulla the Rat Monster

A Japanese corporation, funded by American interests, conducts anti-bacteriological weapon research and creates a mutated humanoid rat creature that becomes violent and murders the lab technicians. The facility is condemned and its horrifying experiments are kept secret. Yet the strange bacteria escape from the lab and spread to nearby inhabitants, igniting a humanoid epidemic. Three investigators are dispatched to the lab to uncover the U.S. government's conspiracy that unleashed a bloodthirsty monster beyond anything imagined.
