Notes from a Fish

An aspiring novelist teetering on the verge of a publishing breakthrough loses his unconventional muse, a tropical fish, and is propelled with a volatile fisheries officer into a string of surreal misadventures as they chase the fish rumored to possess mysterious, near-magical powers.
