Olga's House of Shame
In the third installment of the Olga series, the formidable heroine expands her criminal repertoire by adding jewel smuggling to her already established grip on drug trafficking and white slavery. As the ruthless Olga (Audrey Campbell) broadens her empire, she meets increased resistance when once-trusted partners turn traitor in a bid to steal the lucrative racket. The result is exactly what fans crave: a relentless sequence of torture-driven moments—soldering irons, floggings, spankings, and even an electric chair. As with the earlier installments, Olga's House of Shame is a silent, black-and-white production with narration to guide the action, but even with direct commentary it's hard to keep track of the characters, and Campbell—occasionally laughing aloud at the film's absurdity—possesses the menace of a kindergarten teacher, even when brandishing a machete.
