One 11 and 103
Renowned avant-garde composer John Cage, famed for his experimental works and 'chance music,' briefly ventured into film in 1992 with this art film about meaningless activity. The work unfolds in two segments intended to be performed simultaneously: 'One 11,' containing the artistic statement, and '103,' a 17-part orchestral score. Also included is a revealing documentary about Cage and director Henning Lohner.
