In the fifth and concluding season, Sarah and her sestras confront their bleakest hours as they strive to sever the serpent's head and secure their freedom. Across the arc, each sister probes her own history, facing intimate battles and emerging stronger through introspection. Even with substantial peril to win freedom for themselves, their families, and the many clone sisters they have yet to meet, clone club pieces together the elusive strands of a nefarious conspiracy and finally uncovers the origin story of their being.

Sarah is gravely wounded and fighting to stay alive on the Island, driven deep into its forest by Neolutionists and worse, as she strains to reach Cosima and rescue her. Meanwhile, a recovering Cosima reunites with Delphine, but there’s far more going on on this Island than Cosima imagined, and Delphine can’t give her all the answers she needs. What is clear is that Rachel is now firmly in charge as the right-hand of the 170-year-old founder of Neolution, P. T. Westmorland. Back home, Neolution puts the screws to Alison and Donnie in their hunt for Helena. The sestras couldn't be further apart when they need most to be together.
