Overdon
The first film in a trilogy that includes Over-Ice and Oversand, and one of the earliest films on free climbing shot on the cliffs of the Gorges du Verdon in several parishes. We encounter Patrick Edlinger and Patrick Bérhault, as well as Jean-Marc Troussier, Jacques Perrier, Stéphane Troussier, Hugues Jaillet, Gilbert Thomann, Odette Schoënleb, Bernard Gorgeon and Christian Guyomar. Thanks to the program Les Carnets de l'aventure, later broadcast on Antenne 2, and its producer Pierre-François Degeorges, this film was made. The network granted production clearance during the day, while the climbing was highly confidential; no one knew Patrick Edlinger, and the project itself contained only a few lines on a sheet.
