Cheerful Mimiko expands her small family by adopting a talking baby panda named Panny and his fully grown father, Papa Bear. Despite Mimiko's best efforts, the appearance of Panny and Papa Bear unsettles the town's quiet pace, prompting zookeepers to reclaim the escaped bear pair.
