An ambitious criminology student named Chloe fakes her own death to infiltrate a morgue, determined to secure decisive evidence that implicates her younger brother in a botched crime. Inside, she discovers a sadistic coroner who exploits the corpses for his perverse enterprise. When he realizes Chloe still has a pulse, a chilling game of cat-and-mouse ensues.
