Playing Sister

In the distant future, where rapid urban concentration of science and technology has left some regions behind, a secluded mountain village named Kagami Village endures. A lingering folklore declares: 'Behave yourself, or a Double will come for you.' Akane Higure, a middle school student living in Kagami Village, eagerly awaits the return of her older sister, Sui Higure, who is finally being discharged from the hospital after a year. Yet soon after her sister comes home, Akane receives a single phone call: 'The girl at home with you… isn’t your sister.'
