A diminutive penguin named Pororo inhabits a quaint forest village tucked within an icy world. While wandering through the woods, he discovers a mysterious egg. He carries it back to his home with the intention of eating it, but the egg begins to crack and a baby dinosaur emerges. Terrified by what he perceives as a monster, Pororo runs away.
