The kingdom is broke, so he welcomes an inquiry from a rich Spanish king about his daughter, Dandelion. Yet Dandelion does not love the king and chooses to flee from home. While on the run, she meets Honza, the son of a poor moneylender, and they set out into the world together. Unfortunately, love cannot save them from the princess's sad fate. For in autumn, dandelions shed their clothes as white fluff, blown away by the wind.
