Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares

Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is a television series led by British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The BAFTA- and Emmy Award-winning program premiered on Channel 4 in 2004. In each episode, Ramsay visits a struggling restaurant and acts as a troubleshooter, aiming to transform the business within a single week. He returns a few months later to assess how conditions have changed in his absence. Episodes from series one and two were subsequently re-edited with new material under the title Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares Revisited, featuring Ramsay checking up on restaurants a year or more after his original visit. In October 2009, Ramsay announced that, after his four-year contract expired in 2011, he would not continue with Kitchen Nightmares and would instead focus on his other shows.
