Red Cliff
In 208 A.D., as the Han Dynasty entered its twilight, the astute Prime Minister Cao persuaded the capricious Emperor Han that only by striking at Xu to the west and East Wu to the south could China be united. Thus began a military campaign of unprecedented scale. Left with no other hope for survival, the kingdoms of Xu and East Wu formed an unlikely alliance.
