Red Data Girl

Izumiko Suzuhara, a 15-year-old raised at Tamakura Shrine, consistently destroys any electrical device she touches. Seeking a new path, she relocates to the city and enrolls at Houjou High School in Tokyo. Accompanying her are her guardian's son and Izumiko's childhood friend, Miyuki Sagara. While she attends school, an entity named Himegami materializes. She discovers that she is a kami, a vessel for a Shinto spirit, while Miyuki is a yamabushi, a warrior charged with protecting the kami.
