Regarding Billy

Following the death of Billy's parents, he returns home to look after his younger brother Johnny, who is mentally challenged. The brothers struggle to cope with their loss as they adjust to their altered life. In the meantime, Billy's childhood friend Dean returns to town, having been wounded in Iraq. As time passes, Billy's long-buried feelings for Dean resurface, a realization he fears could jeopardize their friendship if revealed. Both men uncover secrets that will alter the course of their lives forever. Together, the three must reconnect to rebuild their bonds of friendship and family in a world that feels unsettled.
