Reggie follows the life of Reggie Potter, a 47-year-old executive at Fun Time Ice Cream Desserts, headquartered in Little Neck, Long Island, who grapples with midlife through Walter Mitty-like fantasies. This American sitcom aired on ABC from August 2 to September 1, 1983, and is based on the British sitcom The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin.
