Rescue Me

In the wake of 9/11, the NYFD is scarred, with Tommy Gavin at the center of it all. Recently separated from his wife and their three kids, he drifts between sorrow and anger as he battles the recurring nightmares of his fallen comrades, especially his late cousin Jimmy Keefe. Working alongside seasoned veterans like Lt. "Lou" Shea, Franco Rivera, and Sean Garrity, and rookie Mike Lombardi, Tommy fights through alcohol and drugs to remain first and foremost a New York City firefighter.
