A mysterious woman transports 13 individuals into the Mirror World to restart the Rider War. Among these entrants are Shinji Kido, Ren Akiyama, Jun Shibaura, Goro Yura, Miyuki Tezuka, and Takeshi Asakura. All 13, save for Asakura, awaken with no memories of their past. The woman orders them to fight each other, with the winner to be determined on the seventh day. The victor will be released from the Mirror World and have their memories restored.
