Rise of the Legend

In 1868, during the late Qing Dynasty, rampant corruption within the Imperial Court devastates the lives of ordinary people. The Black Tiger's formidable boss, Lei Gong, has long sought to eliminate the leader of the Northern Sea. Among his latest recruits is Fei, a fearless combatant who, after a brutal clash, seizes the Northern Sea leader's head. Just as Lei Gong believes he has the port in his grip, a new gang called the Orphans rises to power. Led by Fei's childhood friend Huo, the Orphans vow to purge the port of all criminal influence.
