Set 15 years after the demon king's defeat, the world has settled into peaceful times. Kotone, now a graduate who has become a skilled magician, seeks a new home by turning to the kingdom-affiliated RPG Real Estate. In truth, RPG Real Estate is Kotone's place of employment, and together with Fa, a demi-human; the priest Rufuria; and the soldier Rakira, they help support customers in their search for homes, accommodating a variety of circumstances.
