Suraj and Aman share an unbreakable bond, willing to lay down their lives for one another. After Suraj's father is brutally killed by a cop for stealing a loaf to feed him, they drift into crime to outwit others, a path that hardens as they age. Their trajectory intersects with Pasha, a ruthless drug lord, whose lavish, perilous world enthralls Suraj. Aman, meanwhile, meets Asha, a club singer, and the two fall in love. Pasha later contracts them to eliminate Vicky, the witness who testifies against him. In a shocking twist, Aman discovers he is Asha's brother and resolves to abandon crime, becoming a police informer. By contrast, Suraj ascends as a feared figure in the narcotics underworld and eyes Pasha's throne. The partnership fractures as Suraj and Aman part ways, with Suraj blaming Asha for everything and swearing to see her dead.
