Samurai Girls

Set in Japan at the dawn of the 21st century, in an alternate timeline where the Tokugawa Shogunate remains in power, society is governed by student councils that oppress schools. Yagyuu Muneakira, a high school student, rises against his council, aided by a cadre of girls who bear the names of renowned samurai heroes.
