Sanatorium Under the Sign of the Hourglass

Jozef boards a spectral train bound for his dying father in a remote Galician sanatorium. Upon arrival, he discovers the sanatorium exists in a time-warped realm where his father's death has not yet occurred, for time here lags behind the outside world by an undefined interval. His journey grows increasingly fragmented and dreamlike as he encounters multiple manifestations of his father, each one embodying a different facet of their relationship and catalyzing revelations within his own psyche.
