Second Verdict
Second Verdict is a six-part 1976 BBC television series, a dramatised documentary collection re-appraising classic criminal cases and historical unsolved crimes through the perceptions of fictional police officers. Stratford Johns and Frank Windsor reunite for a final time in their double act as Detective Chief Superintendents Barlow and Watt, a partnership hugely popular with television audiences from Z-Cars, Softly, Softly, and Barlow at Large.
