Season 2
After five years behind bars, Sara clings to the hope of freedom for lack of evidence. But the President of the Republic, at the request of his private Secretary, Berta Aguilar, sentences Sara to twenty-five years in prison. The hatred of a resentful sister, the political ambitions of a corrupt President, and another cruel twist of fate drive Señora Acero into a deep depression. Once again she says goodbye to her son Salvador and to her love, Manuel Caicedo.
