In this horror spoof, a masked serial killer menaces the town of Bulimia Falls with an assortment of sharp implements. An attention-grabbing television personality, Hagitha Utslay, arrives to chronicle the escalating death toll. Doughy, a former mall security guard, steps forward to shield the teenage residents, yet proves largely ineffectual, as the killer continues to target more innocent youths while nods to classic horror films abound.
