Sidelined: The QB and Me
Dallas, a burdened yet tenacious dancer, is determined to secure a place at the nation’s premier dance conservatory—the very school her late mother attended. However, that dream is upended when the cheeky yet quietly grieving football star, Drayton, crashes into her life with a story all his own. Together, can they nurture their dreams, or will their ambitions be sidelined?

Closer was a masterpiece in the way it showed us a new way for exposition to happen: in the most boring way possible, followed by clumsly delivered dialogue by the two main actors. The only saving grace is the sheer presence of Nathan on screen. The raw sexual energy that this young gay hispanic male created with the male teacher whose name I can't remember (spoilers), is a testament to his ability to embody the role, and to go further and beyond for it (apparently the actor trained with multiple partners in preparation for the shot!). I would like to thank Drew Ray Tanner for making this experience a pleasant ride.
