Smiling Friends Inc. is a compact, close-knit company devoted to spreading happiness and sparking smiles. The series follows the everyday life and misadventures of its two representatives, Charlie—the lazy, cynical one—and Pim—the cheerful, optimistic soul—as they strive to lift up and comfort the troubled callers who reach their hotline. What appears to be straightforward assignments soon evolves into more intricate challenges, complicating their mission to deliver joy to the world.
