Someone's Daughter

A criminal defence lawyer, Sam, (Pascale Bussières, Ma Vie en cinémascope, When Night is Falling), is kidnapped and abandoned on a remote island alongside her former client Paul (François Arnaud, Heated Rivalry, Fucktoys, The Borgias), whom she had previously cleared of sexual assault charges. As they press onward through the unrelenting Canadian wilderness, Paul’s conduct compels Sam to question the man she once defended. Doubt gives way to fear, and she faces a choice no lawyer should ever have to make.
