Spaced offers a sharp counterpoint to Friends by examining the lives of ordinary twenty-somethings through a grounded, realistic lens. Here we meet Daisy and Tim, two 'young' adults with big dreams, simply trying to get by in this chaotic world. They come together in a shared pursuit of tenancy, achieving it by posing as a couple. The house is inhabited by a landlady and an oddball artist. The series explores the ins and outs of London living.
