Standing Up, Falling Down
An unlikely friendship ignites between a struggling stand-up comedian from L.A., forced to return home to Eastern Long Island with his tail between his legs, and a tragically flawed, yet charming and charismatic, alcoholic dermatologist. Discovering they are kindred spirits, they help each other heal and gain the confidence to confront the failures in their lives.
