Handsome Dutchman Stijn stands at the helm of a thriving advertising agency alongside his friend Frenk and a dashing womanizer. When the trio launches their own agency, Stijn marries colleague Carmen, who accepts his incurable appetite for meaningless one-night stands. Even fatherhood and a move to a dull countryside go well, until Carmen is diagnosed with breast cancer. Their lives are suddenly turned upside down, perhaps wrecked.
