Summer

Because his father, a German army officer, is deployed to Somalia, 15-year-old Tim moves to his grandmother on the North Sea island of Amrum. There, the cool skater from Berlin, who seems to magnetically attract trouble, immediately sheds his reputation as a freak and a difficult outsider. Only the chubby Eric, who endures taunts and assaults from the surfer clique around wealthy Lars, stands by him. When Tim also falls for the pretty Vic, Lars' girlfriend, a confrontation becomes inevitable.
