Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike

In a legendary realm, the formidable Imperial Knights wield a mystical substance called Aer to fuel their weapons and shield humanity from the forest's monsters. Yet a strange force is at work: Aer itself is shifting, causing the wilderness to wither and provoking woodland beasts to strike with greater ferocity. As danger inches closer to civilization, two young recruits—Flynn, the stern son of a fallen hero, and the rebellious and brash Yuri—must ride with their fellow Imperial Knights to distant ruins in hopes of uncovering the truth behind the transforming Aer.
