The Ballad of Jack and Rose

Jack Slavin, a devoted environmentalist living with a heart condition, shares an isolated island home with his daughter Rose. He battles developers intent on building in the area, yet he also longs for greater social connection. When he invites his girlfriend Kathleen and her sons, Rodney and Thaddius, to move in, Rose grows upset. The ensuing tangled family dynamics place a heavy strain on everyone under one roof.
